Riviera Maya
Weather

There are more than 70 named dive sites along the Mesoamerican reef, and over 200 miles  of cenotes (underground limestone caves and rivers) you can safely explore while in the Riviera Maya. Most dive  shops are PADI or NAUI affiliates, with multi-lingual staff who are very knowledgeable of the local sites and sea  life. For certified divers there are 1-tank and 2-tank dives, night dives, and cenote dives. For first-timers there are  introductory courses and certification courses. Delicate coral gardens, massive coral walls and arches, majestic  sea turtles and over 500 species of fish, mollusks, and crustaceans await your visit.
